eSUS Feedback does not belong to or represent a government entity.
It is an application developed by a private initiative (ESUS FEEDBACK CONSULTORIA E SERVICES LTDA, CNPJ nº 45.180.436/0001-48) with the aim of facilitating the monitoring, evaluation and active search of citizens who need monitoring in Primary Health Care ( APS).eSUS Feedback integrates with the PEC or Centralizer Data Warehouse (DW) to offer health professionals and managers updated information that facilitates the performance of Monitoring and Evaluation in PHC (M & E in PHC), as well as in the Active Search for citizens who need assistance according to the priority group.It is important to highlight that the use of eSUS Feedback is free for healthcare professionals.
However, management must purchase a license so that professionals can take advantage of the applications features.
Only with the license acquired by management, healthcare professionals have full access to eSUS Feedback.eSUS Feedback is a healthcare business intelligence and data visualization tool that supports multiple actions, including:- Monitoring of individual registrations by ACS;- Monitoring of people visited by ACS;- Monitoring and evaluating the results of PHC performance indicators stratified by municipality, team and micro-area;- Monitoring of services within the scope of Informatiza APS;- Monitoring and evaluation of health actions in the territory;- Identification of duplicate citizen registrations;- Identification of citizens not linked to PHC teams;- Identification of citizens not linked to the ACS;- Identification of citizens with invalid CNS;- Monitoring data sending from the ACS application to the PEC;- Validation of health professionals between the PEC or Centralizer systems and SCNES so that data is successfully sent to SISAB;- Identification of citizens who are late for vaccinations;- Monitoring of professionals services by date and shift in the last 90 days;- Ability to mediate the active search in relation to the different types of services available in PHC and filtered by team and micro-area;- Others.Access to eSUS Feedback is carried out exclusively through a login and password, which are personal and non-transferable credentials registered by the USER and released by the health manager or PEC administrator.
It is the USERs responsibility to keep these credentials confidential.
The data collected to create the USERs credentials is only used to access the system and is not used for other purposes.It is important to emphasize that each USER only has access to the data of citizens under their responsibility.
Team professionals can only access the data of citizens linked to their team, while Community Health Agents have exclusive access to citizens linked to their micro-area.
